Reflection on my experience :

i realize that accidents can happen in workplace. In order to reduce risks , we can do risk assessment to prevent accidents from happening. I learned that there are different ways to reduce risks and the things that you need to follow in order to keep workplace safe. I learnt the different forms such as IWA form , risk assessment , incident report etc. Next time i will improve my time management and i will constantly ask teachers questions whenever im in doubt.

I realise that there is a lot of accidents that can happen in the workplace and it can affect you emotionally and physically. In addition, i learn how to be more careful when i do stufffs. What i learn from this module is that there is a lot of different ways i can reduce risks and there are different types of policy to follow. And that policies are created for a reason as they are important. I would improve by listening attentively to any evacuation plans, to not take shortcuts and to prioritize my safety first
